Free Shipping:
  • Occasional Free Shipping promotions will be available for retail orders. 
  • Promotional free shipping method is based on weight and destination therefore may be First Class Package, Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international or wholesale orders unless specifically noted. 
    • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Processing and Production Times:
  • Lead Times will vary (currently at 5-7 business days).  Lead times may increase during holiday season (October through December). Processing times are the length of time it takes for the placed order to be fulfilled which is typically 2-3 business days. This is separate of shipping times.
  • Shipping information will be sent to the customer at the end of the processing time.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time start their processing period the next business day.
  • Little Thread Co. does not process on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
U.S Shipping Methods: 
  • Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. 

  • Shipping time selected applies to the amount of time the package takes to arrive once it leaves our warehouse. Little Thread Co. still requires processing time before an order ships.
  • Little Thread Co. uses USPS, UPS, FED EX and other services to ship your apparel.   
  • Little Thread Co. is not responsible for lost items marked delivered by USPS.
  • Shipping rates are based on time, weight and location. All shipping times are estimates and can not be guaranteed.
International Shipping: 
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
  • Once your shipment has left USPS international sorting facility, it may not be trackable by Little Thread Co. or USPS depending on location.
  • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Most customers will be required to pay custom fees, taxes and duties to the delivery service before receiving their package.
  • It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Customs agents may delay delivery of packages.

Returns/Refunds:

  • Returns are eligible up to 30 days after delivery date for damaged or defective product.
  • Refunds are eligible up to 45 days after purchase date. 
  • Items purchased from the 'sale' category are considered clearance and not eligible for returns.
  • Items found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival will have shipping cost covered by Little Thread Co..
  • Returns due to sizing or other will be at the cost of the customer.
Exchanges:
  • Little Thread Co. will accept items for exchange if in new condition, unworn and free of damages by the customer within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased from the 'sale' category are considered clearance and are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Little Thread Co. does not accept exchanges for bras or underwear. 
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are at the responsibility of the customer.
